Who we are

Products and information

We describe and photograph our products as carefully as we can. Pack photos are for illustration; the information printed on the pack you receive is the final word on ingredients, weight and storage. Colour and texture of natural products can vary a little from batch to batch.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless the page says otherwise.
• Delivery charges, if any, and any discount are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order.
• Payment is taken online through our payment partner. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Your order

After you pay we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we cannot deliver to your address.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, copy its content for sale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Soul & Soil name, logo, photographs, text and designs belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to give you good products and accurate information. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or that come from events outside our control such as courier delays. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, without affecting any right you have under consumer law to approach a consumer forum.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
